LF charlie-centric therapy fic

I'm looking for a Charlie-centric fic with Don/Charlie in which Charlie was having therapy sessions with Don's (canon?) therapist. It was posted in two parts.

Charlie was initially hostile to the idea of therapy, but started opening up to the therapist. It also helped Don and Charlie talk about some of their problems, and the issue of doctor-patient confidentiality was touched upon.

Any ideas? Thank you!
