Numb3rs Fanfic Finders

I recently lost all of my bookmarks and I can't find this one fic.

I remember bits and pieces so please bear with me.

An intruder breaks into the house and comes after Charlie. I think both Don and
Alan were there and a shootout ensues. Don gets hit in the head (not fatal hit)
and Charlie is taken.

I also remember Charlie having trouble sleeping and Alan giving him an injection
to help. Also there is Charlie running through an abandoned building or one
being renovated and he ends up using a pendulum typed thing to hit the guy
chasing him with a piece of concrete and Charlie also ends up getting shot as
well.

This may be two fics I'm confusing, but I've looked just about everywhere and am
totally lost. I know it's a gen fic and I read it on fanfiction.net
