Numb3rs Fanfic Finders

I'm looking for a fic in which someone is seeking revenge on Don, and they keep repeating the phrase "An eye for an eye". There's Larry/Megan in it, and I think that Megan gets shot in a parking garage, trying to protect Larry in it. I read it on fanfiction.net. Sorry, but I don't remember much else. I think Charlie gets shot too, and I think it's before Megan is shot. Anyone have any idea what it's called?
