Numb3rs Fanfic Finders

 I am very new to the fandom, and I have been reading a lot of stories very quickly.  Now, I'm trying to find a story that I have already read.  I think the story takes place as Don and Charlie are beginning a relationship.  The part of it that I remember is adult in nature.  One of them takes off his shoe and puts his foot in the lap of the other in a restaurant and uses it to arouse the other.  I don't remember the rest of the story, but I think the waitress may have been aware of what was going on, at least at the end.

I've been so many places lately that I don't know where I found the story.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Also, I am brand new to Live Journal, so let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.
