Numb3rs Fanfic Finders

Hi, I'm looking for a story I read a few months ago about Charlie and a friend from college.  They were apparently really close because she referred to Margaret as her mom.  Later in the story she and Charlie get kidnapped by her husband and Charlie ends up getting shot several times.  I think he lives but I'm not sure.
