This used to be posted here but the entry seems to have been removed.  The story I'm looking for is Don secretly sews up Charlie's clothes when he messes them up.  And while he's at the piece goods shop he ends up buying enough material to make him a shirt.  Which turns out great and everyone things looks awesome on him.  I believe, if I'm remembering correctly, Don gets irritated with Amita a lot because she's so rough on Charlie's clothes.
