Numb3rs Fanfic Finders

I read a small ficlet awhile back that had Charlie eating a candy bar at the FBI office; it had an interesting effect on the entire team. Unfortunently I can't find that fic- don't remember the name or the author - and was hoping someone could help me locate it.
