Numb3rs Fanfic Finders

I know, I know, there's a million of them.

I'm looking for a fic that I read close to a year ago.  Charlie is kidnapped by a guy whose brother is in prison.  He wants Don to release his brother in exchange for Charlie.   A scene I remember vividly was where the bad guy had Don on the phone making his demands, and Don insists on talking to Charlie.  The bad guy breaks Charlie's arm so he'll scream.  Later on, the bad guy's brother dies in custody, and Don's afraid that when that bad guy finds out he'll kill Charlie.  I remember Charlie escaping, I believe through a window.  And at the end, he's climbing up a fire escape trying to get away from the bad guy.

Now, please don't tell me I dreamt the whole thing.   <G>

Edited to add:  Thanks to a wonderful poster, I now know the story is DHall's "Blood Relations."  I didn't dream the whole thing!
