A dark Charlie past

I'm looking for a fic where Charlie and his mom had a hidden past (from when they were in Princeton or something). Neither Don nor Alan knew. The past is about a serial killer/rapist who targeted Charlie but somehow Charlie escaped, barely. Now the criminal is back in LA targeting others but secretly hunting for his lost prey. And it just so happens that Don and his team is in charge of the case. I want to see some serious OVER(3x) protective Don and a seriously whumped Charlie! =D

Ok I can totally see McKay and Sheppard here too. I think I saw Don and Larry more because I had just read a story featuring those too and well I've been all about Numb3rs recently and have let my other fandoms slide a bit. But regardless it's a great icon. :O)

Oh sorry it wasn't a Don/Larry ship it was just a story where through and accident they became better friends. And I hate to admit it but I can't remember the title or author. I know it was on fanfiction.net and it was a one shot. Sorries!
