LF Bully Fic

Hi

I am looking for a fic that has a bully from Charlies past showing up as a suspect of the FBI. Don and the team arrest this guy, and the Don tells them about a time when the guy hit Charlie on the back of the head with a baseball bat during practice. Don freaks out and attacks the guy, and Charlie has to go to the hospital.

Any help in finding it would be great.

I think I know the one that you are talking about, but I don't recall Don attacking the guy or Charlie going to the hospital. The suspect is killed in his cell, at the end of the story. Let me see if I can find it for you.
