Searching for Charlie/Colby at the Granger Farm

 Hi All.
I'm trying to find a story I read a while ago the bits I really remember are 
*Colby & Charlie have gone to the Granger's farm for Colby's sister's wedding; 
*Charlie has a go at Colby's Dad over how he has treated Colby (about being gay); 
*Charlie tames a horse no one else had been able to & rides like he was a cowboy in his last life.

I'm almost sure I got it here or maybe just started following the links here, cause I can't find it now.

Any others where Colby takes Charlie to meet his family would be appreciated too.
