Charlie in jail fic

Now I just started reading this one fic when my computer crashed and I lost it :( So I don't remember much from it but what I do remember is Charlie was wrongfully accused of something and gets locked up in jail, even all the evidence seems to point to Charlie and Don frantically tries to find a way to get Charlie out. I also remember their was someone watching from the outside, he had like cameras in jail and people inside the jail. I think he wanted Don to work for him so he was using Charlie as blackmail but I could be mixing up stories. Any help in finding this would be highly appreciated.

Also any charlie!whump and protective!Don fics, or fics where Don's case and suspects go after Charlie are love so you can rec them as well.
