Looking for Don Whump fic

 In this fic, Don was beaten, I think, got a couple shots to the kidneys. He goes to Charlie's and ends up sleeping in his father's room and wakes up feeling horrible, unable to call for help. Alan finds him and calls an ambulance. He was bleeding internally, if I recall...

I've looked everywhere I can think of and can't find it....

Try Lisa Paris first fic on fanfiction.net (I don't THINK she had an account here...) I apologize that I can't remember the title, but it should have the oldest posting date. It has Terry, not Megan. Don is hit with some kind of lead bar and accidently stands up Charlie, then ends up passing out at Alan/Charlie's and being rushed to the hospital.
