Looking for fic where Charlie is being hurt in some way while Don and/ or the rest of the team are forced to watch. Comfort by Don afterwards would be awsome too. Thanks very much in advance!

"Julia" by the Rabid Raccoons (Serialgal and Fraidycat) is one you may like. It's rated M for mature content and it does get a little graphic, but if you're looking for Charlie being hurt while Don and the team have to watch, it's a good one. It's also very long and very angsty. It's here at;
