LF Charlie takes care of Don after injury

Hi, I'm looking for a fic I read a while ago where Charlie takes care of Don after Don had been injured in the line of duty several years before. Charlie reflects on their relationship as brothers and how it has changed since Don was injured and Charlie takes care of Don as his health deteriorates and he passes on. I believe I read it on fanfiction.net but I cant recall the title or author.

Hey I know I saw it before. I too think it was on ff.net. I think its rated t or maybe k-t.
The writer said they wrote it in class when they should have been doing work. Does that sound right?

This could be right, I dont really recall the particulars on the authors note. I am pretty sure it was rated k-t, I have tried looking but I have not been able find the story I am looking for. Thanks anyway though, Chymom!
