Don and Charlie are half-brothers?

Hi! (again)

So, this time, I'm looking for a fic where Don and Charlie discover that they are half-brothers. I think that Margaret couldn't have children so entered a program where people with a genius mind gave their contribution to see if they could have genius children also but gave them for adoption? I'm not sure what I said is clear: to sum up, Charlie and Don have the same mother. She is some kind of genius working for the Israel's intelligence but didn't have time to raise children but she wanted to have some anyways. Alan and Margaret volonteered to be parents and that's it.
I don't remember if it was Don/Charlie or not.
Also, when they were very little, they each had to pass tests to see if they were geniuses or not.

Does it ring any bells?

Okay, this one's specific enough that I know it has to be mine.

FWIW Never Tell Parts 1 and 2 have nothing to do with Part 3. They're just in a series because one is Don's secret, one is Charlie's secret and Part 3 happens to be Alan's secret - each with one they'll never tell. (For the record, 1 is cest, 2 is het and 3 is gen unless you count the fact that Alan and Margaret were married when she was alive, which makes it het after a fashion.)

The Israeli woman you mention is their mother but Alan is their biological father in the fic. The genius woman was just an egg donor and Margaret carried both babies herself.

So it's a bit off in that Don and Charlie were full blood brothers, just not Margaret's biological sons. And they never found out - Alan really did never tell...
