LFS: David/Colby Slash post series

Hi and Happy New Year!
I'm lookikng for a story w/David and Colby together before/after the series ends. What I remember is that David chose to go to DC even though he was with Colby. They break up but a month later David calls Colby while he is on a date and they decide to try again. Eventually Colby moves to DC and in w/David.
Please help save my sanity.
