Don Burn out Fic

Hoping someone can help me find this.

All I remember is Don is suffering from burnout, get drunk and says some hurtful things, which Charlie overhears. Charlie tries to persaude Don to get help, but Don ends up heading off to Quantico (I don't remember the reason why or for what, sorrry). Edgeton finds Don and basically tells him the same things Charlie did.

I think it was a WIP, but it might have being complete. Sorry it's so vague.
