1) Don/Charlie. Charlie plays jokes on Don through out the week at the office. Puts in the drawers in his desk upside down, puts condoms on the seat belt. And then buys some liquid that he places in Don's apartment.

2) Charlie/Coby(I think?) Charlie needs pain to get out of his head and forget the numbers for a while. Colby found Charlie on his knees in a an alley giving a blowjob. Colby said that he would take over so he doesn't go to strangers anymore. At one point Don confronts Colby about the marks and bruises he finds on Charlie, so he has to tell him.
