LF: A Sniper Zero story

I was watching Numb3rs season one the other day and watched Sniper Zero.   I know that somewhere I have read a story about Don talking to David right after Charlie was almost shot. I just can't think of where it is. Charlie comes in and says that none of it was Davids fault. Terry tells Charlie that Don has every right to be yelling at David. I hope that helps out. Please let me know if you know where I can find it Please.
