Looking for Numb3rs and Northern Exposure Crossover

Hi,  I have never found one before, but I am sure there must be one somewhere.  I am looking for a Numb3rs/Northern Exposure Crossover.  I'd love to see it if Joel and Don are the same person (Don undercover or something), but anything would be great.   Thanks for your help!

Has anyone written a fic where Charlie gets invited onto the show Top Gear? I can just imagine Jeremy Clarkson ribbing Charlie about all the times he has lost his learner's permit and telling the audience they had to bribe the DVLA (UK equivalent of the DMV) so that Charlie could test drive one of their cars...
