Chronology of Charlie's career

swingandswirlI've seen the chronoloy of Don's career with the FBI, which has me wondering: is there a similar one for Charlie?
We know that he attended Princeton from age 13 to 16 (presumably for his undergrad degree) and he spent five years studying random matrices, in addition to two years spent in London with Susan Berry.
My questions:
1. Whre did Charlie go for his Masters and PhD degrees?
2. Since he graduated Princeton at 16, and then spent 5 years on random matrices, is it safe to assume he recieved his (first) doctorate at 21?
