Fic dealing with possiblity of Asperger's; meta community

Hi! I am looking for two separate things:

A) Any fic that deals with the possibility of Charlie being a high-functioning Aspie (as brilliantly discussed in this meta blog entry); I would prefer if it was gen or kept to canon pairings.

B) A Numb3rs meta community; I've looked through the affiliates of this comm and not found one. I am thinking of a comm dedicated specifically to meta discussion, not to fanfiction or any specific character/pairing. If it does not exist, I'd be more than willing to start one.

LF 1st Time DC Fic

I was told of a story this weekend but I can't find it. It's called "Last Call" It's a Don and Charlie 1st time fic that starts off with them getting drunk. Anyone know of it or know wher to find it? Thanks
