Looking For Episode? Fic?

numb3rsficfindI'm looking for what I think is an episode but might have been in a fic. It might not even be Numbers but I can't think of any other show it would have been.
Basically, the scene I have in mind is it would be that the FBI is ready to make a bust but they find a bunch of reporters there and they say they got a call from Charlie saying that the perps basically caught and in the bag. Don is of course, furious and Charlie denies that he did it. It turns out later that it was the perp who called and said he was Charlie to divide them.
Any ideas?
