This is located on fanfiction.net. In it Don is kidnapped by this crazy woman who thinks he is her son. She does massive shock therepy to wipe out his memory and she makes him into her little boy (I swear it sounds weird but it's a pretty good fic). Meanwhile Charlie starts this campaign to find him because the FBI stops caring because of some high profile thingy. I think it has no pairing but I haven't read all of it.
