LF Don/colby

hy!
i'm looking for a fic where colby and don are together but colby got fed up at always being in the sidelines, he doesn't believe that don take them seriously and wants more than a fuck buddy. i know that don tells charlie that colby left him and charlie tries to help them.
can someone help me find it? thanks
