Don Kidnapped as a child

I'm looking for a story where Don was kidnapped as a child after his parents didn't pick him up after a baseball game.

I'm pretty sure it was either on livejournal, but it might have been on some smaller site.

I know the one you are talking about, if it's the one where Don is still working for the FBI but hasn't remembered/acknowledged that he's Charlie's kidnapped brother. I read it only a few months ago so it should still be available. Unfortunately, I can't recall the author.
