LF Bully fic

Hi

I'm looking for a fic where a suspect in a case turns out to have been a bully during Don and Charlie's childhood. There was a flashback to a time when the bully hit Charlie on the back of the head with baseball bat.

Sound familiar to anybody?

Also. Any weeEppes fics you all could recommend would be great. Especially if it's about little charlie being hurt and big bro Don gets all angry and protective.

The only one I know that sort of fits your description is "Friends" by Heidi Hoffman, hosted at cslibrary.us, but I'm afraid it's not the one you're looking for - a buddy from Don's childhood shows up and it turns out that he bullied Charlie back then without Don knowing about it ... but he isn't a suspect, and I don't remember him beating Charlie with a baseball bat.
