looking for vamp-charlie/edgerton fic

read this fic a  while ago can't remember where i found it.  I remember it wasn't finished and the pairing was charlie/ian.  If i remember correctly charlie was away at a conference or lecture (in new york maybe)  and got bitten by  a vampire.  He changed overnight but was too scared to call Don and for some reason called Ian who came quickly.  Don't remember anything else.  Please let me know if you recognize this.
