Don as the bad guy, only not

 Hi guys!

I have a general request: are there any fics out there where Don is the suspect in a case? Basically any fics that suggest Don is a bad guy, but he isn't really.. I hope you understand what I mean. Stories that have a similair subject line as 'The Fugitive' and 'Vigilante Terrorist'. Thank you!

It's an AU that puts both Don and Charlie outside the law, but they're still themselves, still highly ethical and devoted to family. It's a fantastic ride, and I recommend it heartily.

How about a Numb3rs AU of The Fugitive, with Don as the fugitive? Chapter one is here: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3723901/1/The_Fugitive and it's by Zubeneschamali. It's long at 35 chapters, but I definitely recommend it!

The start is very creepy, and the whole story is fantastically written.
