And you can't get better than [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] for hurt/comfort, although she doesn't write Colby that often. She's got bazillions of fic, so I'm just going to point you to her memories and tell you to have at it. Duty and Honor is one of my favourites, as are Air and Wilderness Bound 1, 2 and 3.
