LF Charlie with Alzheimer's fic

I'm looking for a Charlie/Colby fic where Charlie had Alzheimers. He was in a nursing home and prone to wandering off. I think the fic also had his niece, Charlotte?

I remember this fic as being one of the most poignant I've ever read - absolutely beautiful!
Unfortunately I can't remember it's name but I feel sure it was written by Serotonin_storm.Good Luck!

i can't believe someone hasn't scooped this one up yet. i've mem'd it, i was sure, but can't find it. i seem to remember that the title did not give it away, which could be my problem here.

i _do_ believe it was nominated at Round Three of the NUMB3RSawards... i generally only read the slash, so you might want to browse through those if you haven't...
