Silent Charlie

I read this fic a long time ago, and now really want to reread it, but I don't remember the name of the fic or the author.

In this fic Charlie stops speaking, and apparently he used to do it as a kid. They had taken him to a bunch of psychiatrists to try and fix it, but eventually he just grew out of it. Don blames himself for bring on the current episode, thinking that all the work Charlie is doing for the FBI is doing this to him, but it turns out that he really was stressed out over having to give a lecture.

I didn't mention if it was slash or not, because I couldn't really remember, I mostly only read slash, but Numb3rs seems to be the one fandom where I'll read gen as well. :)
