Looking for Charlie/rape fics

Hey all.  I'm looking for a couple of fics that involve Charlie being the victim of rape.  I know that one deals with a mob or gang rape.  That one starts with Don finding him and the other involved a new member to the team, by the name of either Terry or Tony.,  I know it begins with a "T".  I believe they were more focused on how Charlie dealt with the trauma of it afterwards.  Thanks!!

I think it was called "Into The Dust". I don't remember who wrote it though.
